A new law has become effective, July 1, 2014, regarding Tennessee Worker’s Compensation. The Tennessee legislature has enacted a new program for all work-related injuries throughout the state, effective for all injuries occurring on or after July 1st, 2014.

There are some major changes for both employees and employers, so it is more important than ever that you consult an attorney as soon as possible if you suffer any injury on the job.
